Abstract: Learning center for children is designed to improve the vocational programs with additional supports to academical training by avoiding traditional theoretical learning system and make children independent to decision making in favor to what they needs and wants in future with helps of modernization and technical practical learning system Simply it’s a place that provides all the tools and resources needed for childhood development in early stage with support to additional training to academical vocational training as well basic tools to withstand life problems Its main aims to provide children with multiple knowledge they need as per their capacity of learning with age and have easy accessibility to the resources by using different means of methodology like through help of children need and demand case studies as well as literature review This projects simply discuss about childhood development ,its stages of development reason for delay in development and how to enhance the performance of children by providing necessary resources as well as how the center is design in reference to children development by understanding their needs understanding and learning level during that period of time and changes they faces and how to handle ones This project designed proposal is made forward in JadiButi Kathmandu with reference to needs and minimum requirement in terms designing children learning center Furthermore, this project is kept forward with tendency to improvise learning pattern of children not just in term of theoretical but with practical performance in mind which can help them understand better values of life and choices they can make during their adulthood by improvising their performance as per suitable to their age group
