Abstract: | Agriculture is the backbone of national economy, means of livelihood for majority population, population, main source of GDP, and employment opportunities. Agricultures in a sector of human activity in which there is a great interaction between are environment and human culture. Agriculture is production of food and goods through farming. The agriculture contributes so about 38 national GDP and prides part- and full-time employment opportunities to 80% of its population Agriculture is important to countries all over the world. One of the main advantages is that farming, agriculture, is what produces or food and keys the land rich. Raising animals growing fruits and vegetables what nourishes our body In Nepal, the economy is dominated by agriculture and Agriculture not only fulfills the demand of food security but also plays important role in green environment. In the late 1990s, it was a livelihood the more than 90 percent of the population, although only approximately 20 percent of the total land area was cultivable. Agriculture has been the highest priority because economic growth was dependent on both increasing the productivity of existing crops and diversifying the agricultural base for use as industrial inputs. Agriculture Research Centre in the center for the development of agricultural knowledge, discovering, investigation, interpreting and development of methods for uplifting the agricultural field. The main target of this project is to develop new methods and technologies in farming so that quality and quantity production can be done. Farmers would follow scientific methods of cultivations that they can get maximum benefit and use their valuable land in proper way. Since, majority of people depend on agriculture, it is necessary to develop new technologies, improved seeds, etc. for which agricultural research and training center is necessary Thus, for high agriculture production Agricultural Research Center is essential. Thus, the concept developed in the design is through case study of NARC zoning is the most important in the research complex. According to the various factor including the conclusion from climatic analysis, site shape and orientation, site constraints and opportunities, segregating the farmland and buildings for proper natural wind, sunlight and ventilation. Moreover, personal perception and thoughts are implemented to bring the built form. The major consideration is given in creating a quality space that meets to function at the same time encourages the public realm. |
