“IT PARK” At Khumultar, Lalitpur

Abstract

Today, Technology has become one of the most important aspects of development. Ever since discovery of electricity Information and technology has been one of the important aspect and sector for development as it make other sector develop easy and fast. Information Communication and Technology has been revolutionizing the way people operate in day to day life, the way business are done, how medicine are practiced, do research works and how we live and act. Just in couple of decades, people have moved on from communicating through telegraph to telephone to mobiles. People went from using book dictionary to Google everything. Day by day more people are using internet and mobile communication services and facilities. Although one can say that people in very far rural areas being void of electricity and other basic infrastructures, we can say using technology and its benefits communication technology can be provide big leap in development of socio-economic sector. The development of India and China after investing in its ICT sector, Nepal can follow steps of its strong neighbor examples and its techniques to reap benefits by investing in ITC sector and not lack behind world in the development. And development of IT parks will be a step in developing and strengthening and promoting IT sector. The proposed ‘IT Park’ is an attempt of providing a sound and efficient working environment for the IT companies and a technological park fall all. The project will be a step towared the development of IT scenario. The ‘IT park’ will not just be a working place but be a technological park for public as well.
