Abstract: Women prosperity centre is a welcoming safe point of entry for women to access holistic support services and mentorship to assist them on their journey of redirecting their paths to living dynamic lives. The word Diayaa is used to address daughters in Maithali language. As the name suggests "Daiyaa" aims to provide a platform for Women who require empowerment and are severely unrepresented. The proposed project will deal as an organization that provides support and resources to empower women to achieve their full potential. It will be designed as a community-based center that will provide employment and emergency shelters to women who are seeking to improve their social and economical and educational status. The project approaches on creating a better environment for women analyzing the women's participation in work, violence against women and the provision of education. By providing women with the tools and skills they need to succeed, the center can help improve their lives, as well as the lives of their families and communities. The centre will offer a variety of services, including skill based and vocational training, financial education, informal learning environment and access to capital to uplift local economy. Primarily, the center has workshops for mithila paintings including painting on paper and fabric, making toys and home d'cor. It also offers spaces for tailoring workshops, pottery, bamboo ware making as well as the centre also has classrooms for adult education. The centre carries supporting built spaces for these trainings, such as admin block, cafeteria, multipurpose hall for empowerment and awareness programs and one of the major program, "the permanent collection gallery" which displays wide collection of the manufactured products show casing the local art and craft further help in boosting the economy of the centre through sales. In addition to these programs, it has accommodation facility for those women who cannot travel daily and desire to acquire skills. The Fundamental objective is to, fabricate spaces that will help women overcome the barriers they face in society.
