dc.description.abstract | This thesis project seeks to create an integrated community center at the heart of Jorpati, Bhaktapur, strategically located to serve the adjoining villages of Puwar Gau, Khatri Gau, and Deuja Gau. This visionary center aims to bridge the gaps between communities and foster a sense of unity and collaboration. By incorporating elements of local cultural heritage and traditions, the center will become a symbol of shared identity, celebrating diverse practices, rituals, and festivals. The space will offer a multifunctional environment, enabling educational and skill development programs, health and wellness initiatives, and social gatherings. With a strong focus on sustainability, the community center will embrace eco-friendly design practices and support the local economy by providing a platform for local artisans and entrepreneurs. Through extensive community engagement and participation, this center aspires to be a vibrant catalyst for positive change, empowering residents and nurturing a cohesive and thriving community for generations to come. In summary, the proposed community center in Jorpati, Bhaktapur, will be a dynamic and inclusive space, symbolizing unity among the neighboring villages. It will celebrate cultural diversity, offer essential services, and promote sustainable practices, all while empowering the community. By embodying the spirit of collaboration and local heritage, this integrated center will serve as a testament to the strength and potential of a united community working towards a brighter future. In essence, this community center project aims to foster unity, empowerment, serving as a vibrant hub for social cohesion, cultural preservation, and educational opportunities. By providing a central location for diverse activities, the community center will enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for the residents of Puwar Gau, Deuja Gau, and Khatri Gau. | en_US |
