Humans have a strong connection with their environment, both physically and emotionally. We need to live together and support each other for our mutual growth. However, our busy lives make it difficult to connect with our surroundings. This guide encourages living in the Present and taking care of our mind, body, and soul for a harmonious life. The guide focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle by caring for the mind, body, and soul. It highlights the significance of a nutritious diet for both physical and mental well-being. Furthermore, it emphasizes the need to create an environment that fosters the growth and well-being of these three aspects of human existence. By considering the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul during the healing process, individuals can achieve optimal recovery from illness. Naturopathy has gained popularity in Nepal as people recognize the value of returning to nature for improved health. However, the current availability of spacious naturopathy centers falls short of meeting the growing demand. Despite this limitation, these smaller centers have positively impacted individuals in various ways. The objective of this thesis project is to design a functional naturopathy center that harnesses the healing potential of natural elements. The ultimate goal is to facilitate a healthy and harmonious life for individuals and society as a whole.en_US
