dc.description.abstractCoworking spaces have become very popular among the startups, new entrepreneurs, freelancers and students in past few years. In the past few years, coworking space have emerged as a new and effective way of working among the new generation. Due to its increasing popularity and potential to make changes in the present working system, coworking us increasingly being relevant in practice. Learning in the coworking space is a challenge in itself because not every user is comfortable interacting with each other at the coworking spaces. But the users of the coworking space do learn various learning opportunities for the sharing of the knowledge and it is how the learning takes place in the coworking spaces. Coworking is a new and transformative concept in which the traditional office space is change d into a shared office space. It us a renting facility where the workspace is shared bt range different types of people from different background and specialization. The startups and freelances are the main users of the coworking spaces. These shared office spaces offer workers with a desk and provide the facilities required for working. The concept of the coworking spaces is that it helps to save the cost and the space. The reason majority of the people are interested and have started to use the concept of coworking is not just to lower the real- estate cost. But there are numerous reasons why coworking is on the rise like lowering administrative costs, improving employment efforts, enhancing employee satisfaction, increasing flexibility in the workplace, greater emphasis on employee values and the global drive towards innovation and so on. Hence the “Co-working Hub”, Thapathali, Kathmandu can also create a flexible workspace with the socialization and a interactive workspace for the people from different work background.-
