The site is in Pokhara, which was selected considering its history, character and necessity as there aren’t any dedicated office buildings. Many people spend their time in offices but the idea of offices in national context has been stereotyped as monotonous and stressful. “The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work” suggests that workplace stress represents one of the most significant health threats in the modern era and that almost one in four workers are affected by it. Also, the study conducted by Draugieum group shows that the employee who are provided with intermediate breaks work far productively than those who works longer hours. With standard human health in mind, This thesis on “Business Park at Pokhara” have tried to incorporate offices and recreation / relaxing areas with the concept of “work, play and grow”.-
