Abstract: Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Project is a High head runoff-river type project with the design discharge 80 m3 /s. The installed capacity is 115.49 MW with two units of Francis turbine each of capacity 57.75 MW. It has a net head of 166.57 m. The dry and wet season total energy production are 231.388 GWh and 483.273 GWh respectively. It is developed on total cost of NRs. 9,031,748,981, B/C ratio of 2.96, and IRR of 23%. The payback period is 4.86 years. Hence the project is considered as very feasible. The project work is focused on hydraulic design of civil structures and outlining its arrangements regarding their size with respect to the locality constraints and suitability
